FOR SALE - 1990 Mazda B2600i Pickup Truck

I'm selling my ole faithful pickup :-) Bought another bigger one so it's time to pass this lil truck on to another proud owner. I actually kinda hate to get rid of it because it's so much fun to drive. It's light, weighing in at a svelte 2600+/- pounds, but comes with the big (for back then) 2.6 liter 4-banger motor. And to top that, it's the fuel injected version which means it's got plenty of power, pep, and pickup. It's actually quicker than my V-6 Nissan I just bought! The motor has 173k miles on it but starts with no problems and runs like a champ. I've had it for over 3 years and put about 50k miles on it in that time. I have no problem taking off on a long trip in it with nothing more than an extra quart of oil - it does burn about a quart every 4-6 weeks. I'm pretty particular with my cars so it's been upkept - oil changed regularly, and checked almost every fillup. Recently installed new spark plugs and wires. It's pretty fuel efficient too, gets about 22 miles per gallon. It's got a brand spankin new dual outlet exhaust on it, had to get that back in November because the rear pipes gone out. Sunk over $400 into that. When I first bought it, I put a 3" body lift on it to give it a little more stance, and also put four new shocks at the same time. In 2002 I had a new radiator installed because the old one was seeping at the upper seams a little. I also had to put a new rear end (axle/differential/brake assembly) in because the input bearing on the rear differential wore out - and rather than rebuild it, I tracked down a whole assembly and just swapped it in (have the other one with all parts still if you want it for spare parts). These were all professionally installed. The interior is really clean and simple. There's an aftermarket CD player with Eclipse 2-way speakers in the dash and a pair of Rockford Fosgate truck speakers behind the seat. Makes for plenty of sound :-) I installed a Class III receiver towing hitch and have pulled trailers about a half dozen times or so. It's pulled about 2300 pounds with no problems so definitely has plenty of utility!!

4/24/04 - I just installed new front brake rotors and pads so the brakes are all set and new now as well :-)
